A very warm welcome to
The Community of St Bernadette.
As a community of the faithful we are about socially responsible love and inclusion - exactly as Christ intended it to be.

God is here for all of us
but how we access Him is subjective and personal.
As a church community we are here to serve our local and wider communities, being deeply driven to offer practical and loving Christian support for all groups and individuals. We especially want to reach out to all those who are hurt or broken by bereavement or who have had negative spiritual experiences and for those who feel marginalised or forgotton by the global Christian family.
Some of you may be looking for a priest to conduct a loving and INCLUSIVE service or blessing. Others may be seeking the Holy Sacraments as they can be hard to access if you are not a member of an existing church - for whatever reason. This could be down to ill health, both physical and mental, or because there is a fear some churches may turn you away. Many people want to live a Christian life or would like a Christian blessing on a marriage or civil union but they feel unconnected, disenfranchised or disaffected from existing places of worship. Sadly some people feel demonised and unwanted for fear of biblical judgement over their personal lives.
If you are not a member of a church community we know that it can be extremely hard to access a priest simply as an ear for you. Whatever you may be looking to speak to a priest for please contact me. I will help you in any way I can.
If you are faced with an emergency I have contacts (both within my church and ecumenically) with fellow clergy across the whole of Britain, which means I can quickly link you to a priest as local to you as possible. The link below will take you to the website for the UECC parishes within the United Kingdom.
